Manapua

We are introducing Manapua to the menu here at En Fuego Grill! Now you can choose between regular and mini-sized manapua. The regular size comes in Baked or steamed options with Char Siu.

The mini can be steamed or deep-fried, and you can choose from Char Siu, Honey Garlic Chicken, Pastele, or Kalbi for Savory, and Ube, Oreo, Custard, or Strawberry for sweet.

Try one of our all-time best sellers, fresh Mahi Mahi caught in Hawaiian waters and prepared perfectly to keep it moist and delicious.

Our garlic cream sauce is made in-house, and offers the perfect amount of garlic in the tasty cream sauce. Served with white or brown rice and choice of mac salad or tossed, green salad.

Mochiko / Chicken Katsu

Another one of our favorites, this combo plate of Mochiko Chicken and Chicken Katsu will satisfy any hunger.

Tender chicken battered in Mochiko flour marinade and fried crispy. The Chicken Katsu is slices of premium chicken dusted with Japanese bread crumbs and fried to golden perfection. Served with our amazing katsu sauce for that extra bit of flavor. Served with white or brown rice and choice of mac salad or tossed green salad.
